| Common Action Frame Work
|
 |
- Conduct studies and research and use data for evidence based policy advocacy to influence public policies and budgetary allocation on HIV&AIDS so as to ensure the participation and rights of people infected and affected by HIV&AIDS
- Mass mobilization at country and regional levels to advocate on existing policies of key actors as to ensure participation of people at all levels of policy, planning and implementation of HIV&AIDS related work and contribute to address campaigns like the Millennium Development Goal (MDG)
- Conduct action researches and mobilize the masses and media to build international pressure for trade justice, fair patent regimes, aid effectiveness and debt cancellation
- Facilitate mainstreaming of HIV&AIDS response into humanitarian and development action in Asia and the pacific
- Establish a web based library to promote shared learning and knowledge dissemination
- Identify key areas to enhance the evidence based advocacy in enhancing access to care and treatment, combating AIDS-related discrimination, and rights-based prevention and care initiative
- Initiate new campaigns like food rights and HIV&AIDS campaign in Cambodia and support them and express solidarities in on going campaigns and movements such as universal access and so on
- Monitor the ongoing HIV&AIDS program and their impact in the region
- Monitor the violation of human rights in the Asia Pacific region
- Develop a political space for local, national and regional level consolidated actions on the issues of human rights and justice
- Unite the national chapters and grassroots across the region
- Organize and arrange press meetings and release media statements on issues related to human rights violation
- Participate in different national, regional, sub regional and international events such as ICAP and WSF
- Promote solidarity campaigns and mobilize mass and media around issues related to human rights and democracy.
